Service Description

Support your team by developing a culture of unified care in this four-session team-building course. Included is a pre-class online assessment for all participants, a series of activity-based educational courses and a follow-up visit to view the implementation of team culture in your dementia care facility. Each hour-long class will give your team the information and practice they need to implement team culture in their caregiving service. Handouts are provided following each course.
